Being a new mommy is not easy. The joy and happiness are certainly there but being a new mommy also entails a lot of adjustments and lessons. For starters, a new mommy has to say good-bye to those extra hours of sleep. Instead of your normal routine, you would probably see yourself more often holding dirty diapers and baby bottles. Daddy and Mommy would probably be pointing at each other at night who would get up to hush the crying baby. All these would be doubled if the baby fails to sleep soundly and peacefully. Here are some baby sleep help tips you can find useful and make the most of being a mommy.
1.    When the baby sleeps, grab your blanket and sleep too. New mommies might think that watching the cute baby is the best activity but actually, sleeping is. As a new mother, it is difficult to get good sleep so maximize the time your baby sleeps by giving yourself the much-needed nap too.
2.    Swing the baby gently. Yes, this old age trick still does wonders for mommies who want to put their babies easily to sleep. Swinging the baby in a gentle and steady rhythm can make the baby sleepy. Humming a sweet song will also do the trick.
3.    Make the baby cost comfortable. This means that the baby must be clean and comfy. Also, a hungry baby can never have a good long sleep. Also, a crying baby that won’t sleep that the baby may be feeling sick.

While these tips may seem basic , make sure you have checked them off that mental check list you have already started developing.

I will suggest amber teething necklaces. They’ve been super. It might be too early to tell, but both of the kids have been way less irritable today. They sleep much better. I haven’t given them any tylenol for teething pain, but they seem happy and pain free with the necklaces. Plus, the necklaces are adorable. I took the kids strolling in the mall today and got many compliments.
